Broccoli with Garlic and Olive Oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tbsp crushed garlic
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
freshly ground black pepper-to taste
1. Heat the olive oil in pan over medium-low heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the broccoli, parsley and pepper and toss with the olive oil and garlic until the broccoli turns bright green and becomes tender. Remove from the skillet and serve.
