Breakfast Chia Pudding
NOTE: This is prepared the night before so all you have to do is grab and go!
-2 cups unsweetened coconut Milk
-2/3 cup chia seeds
-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
-2 Scoops Protein Powder
-Fresh Fruit of your choice
-1 packet Stevia
Mix all above ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
(Option to add fruit the night before or topping off in the morning)
In the Morning, dish out a serving and Enjoy!!
