INGREDIENTS:
-1 papaya, peeled and diced
-1 mango, peeled and diced
-3 kiwis, peeled and diced
-1/2 red onion, diced
-4 celery stocks, diced
-4 Roma Tomatoes
-1 can black beans, drained
-2 tbsp Sesame Oil
-1 avocado, diced
-2 tbsp Sesame seeds
-8-12 oz Lean protein of your choice– In this case Chicken Breast, cut into bit size squares
-pepper to taste
-1 tbsp Stevia
Optional: 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Optional: 3/4 c. wild rice
DIRECTIONS:
-Chop all chicken into bite size squares. Place in saute pan with 1 tbsp sesame oil and cook until full cooked throughout.
-While chicken is cooking, place all remaining ingredients into big bowl and toss gently.
-Place chicken and remaining sesame oil into bowl and continue to toss gently.
-If you are using rice and coconut, add to bowl and fold into ingredients.
