    Such a fun little circuit, very challenging! I put my client that evening through the ‘GIna Bosu” workout.
    1/4 mile run
    with that whole circuit
    repeat 4 times=( 1mile run with 3 sets of the circuit)
    finishing with 3 sets of stairs and stretching.
    =1 hr circuit workout!!

    Gina, you were cracking me up doing the bicycles and practically falling off. That’s what I love about you…keeping it real! Great video…THANKS! Jessica, that sounds like a great circuit! I bet your client LOVED it.
