Ingredients:
-2-3 garlic cloves, peeled
-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
-1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
-1/4 red bell pepper
-1/4 green bell pepper
-1 small jalapeño pepper, chopped
-1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
-pinch of sea salt
-water, if needed to thin dip
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Spoon bean mixture into a medium bowl and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Ingredients:
-Low carb tortillas
-coconut oil
-seasoning of choice (Cayenne is a great one)
-sea salt (optional)
Directions:
Use a cookie cutter or shape to cut out “chip” shakes from tortilla. Place tortilla cut outs on a lined cookie sheet. Coat both sides with oil, season with seasoning(s) of choice and place in the broiler until golden and crispy. Flip to the other side and broil until both sides are golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat and allow to cool. *Carefully watch “chips” as they cook quickly*
