Sitting around watching Sunday Football? Here’s a perfect Bean Dip snack on with some corn chips or slices of celery:)
Ingredients:
-1 can black beans, rinsed and well drained
-1 avocado
-1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese or Greek Yogurt
-1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp dried oregano
-2 tbsp dried or fresh parsley
-1/2 small onion diced and minced (red or yellow)
-1 clove garlic
-Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions: Blend the beans and oil until a pasty consistency. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
