INGREDIENTS:
-Bison patty
-2 slices Julian Bread
-1/4 Red Onion, sliced
-1/4 mushrooms, sliced
-2 oz Mozzarella Almond Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
-Fully Cook Bison Burger over stove top and set aside.
-Place mushrooms and onions in pan and saute until fully cooked.
-Place bread in oven on broil and to toast on one side.
-Once bread is toasted, flip over, add cheese to one slice and continue to broil until cheese is melted.
-Place bison burger over cheese and top off with mushrooms and onions.
