Bikini Body Chocolate Chip Cookies
Summer is here, yay! Just because it’s summer and you are doing you best to look incredible in your bikini, that doesn’t mean you have to stay away from cookies! Yes, you can have your cookies AND bikini body at the same time. It is just about picking the right cookies, those that will keep you lean while satisfying that sweet tooth!
Check out my Bikini Body Chocolate Chip Cookies. Less than 100 calories per cookie, ONLY 2 grams of sugar and 5 grams of protein, these low sugar and gluten free treats will be a hit with the entire family! I got the seal of approval from my kiddos so you know these cookies are winners!
In this recipe I used avocado oil instead of another oil or even butter. Not only is avocado oil incredible for you, loaded with mono and polyunsaturated fats but it has the highest smoke point of all oils on the market, even above coconut oil. This makes it the perfect oil for baking, eliminating the chance of it burning and producing harmful free radicals. I love baking with avocado oil for all its benefits and also for the fact that it has such a mild flavor, making it a very versatile cooking oil.

Gina Aliotti’s Bikini Body Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 scoops Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Dash sea salt
- 2 packets Peanut Butter Crunch Flex Flavors
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 TB natural peanut butter
- 1 TB avocado oil
- 1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix dry and wet ingredients (except chocolate chips) in separate bowls. Combine, and incorporate until smooth. Place on silicone baking sheet on a cookie pan or pan sprayed with non stick spray, about 1 heaping tablespoon of batter per cookie. Place 4-5 chocolate chips on each cookie. Bake at 375
degrees for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
