Since everyone loves their oatmeal for breakfast, I wanted to share a few recipes! Add yours to the recipe forum!
1 tbsp Flax oil
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup water
1 cup sliced almonds
1 apple sliced up in small pieces
2 tbsp non fat cool whip OR 2 tbsp sugar free vanilla creamer
1 tbsp flaxseed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use baking dish to prepare. Add all ingredients, Mix well and place in baking dish. Bake for about an hour until the consistency you desire. Enjoy!! Can use this for 2 breakfast meals!
