Today marks 18 weeks, wahoooo time if flying by! 2 more weeks until I found out the sex and until I am 1/2 way there… Crazy how time is flying by!

According to my Ap, my baby is the size of a bell pepper 🙂
Still feeling great and plugging along, enjoying every moment. It is crazy how, just like your body changes from water and what you eat, so does your belly from minute to minute. Somedays I wake up feeling my tummy is tiny and other times, feel like my tummy is big!! So funny how it is literally day to day, minute to minute. Sound familiar with non pregnancy. Drink too much, too little water, eat too much sodium, too many carbs etc, you feel the differences in your body from minute to minute day to day!
Bought my first purchase for my nursery last night. How cute is this:
Starting off with the little life lessons, early in life, that really make all the difference. Thought this was appropriate for my yellow/grey color scheme… So fun to pick things out and browse all the cute baby items… Too Fun!

I had a great day yesterday and today. Been craving Cereal come early afternoon so having my big bowl and loving every bite. Funny because I have never eaten so many carbs and they sure are tasty, lol!
Had a delicious Salmon Salad last night for dinner. Great simple Summer Recipe, Must Try:
Got my 50 minutes of cardio in all week so far and it feels great! It has been hot here so ensuring I am staying cool by bringing ice packs with me to place on my neck from time to time. It definitely keeps me cool and refreshed. Today got in a mini circuit
2 sets of 20
-assisted pull ups
-Step ups off assisted pull up machine
-one arm rows
-double rows
-push ups
I have definitely been sleeping better but I wouldn’t say as good as I was during my first trimester or of course pre pregnancy. Now what is keeping me up is that I am having to change my position from a back sleeper to a side sleeper and it has been hard. I wake myself up on my back and switch to my side. It is as if my mind can’t completely relax and get into that REM sleep. We will try again tonight…
Until tomorrow, living and loving pregnancy! 🙂
hugs, Gina
