Ingredients:
-1/4 cup pine nuts
-1 cup packed fresh arugula leaves
-1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
-1/2 lemon, juiced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-freshly ground black pepper, to taste
-1 tsp sea salt
-1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Directions:
Add pine nuts to a food processor and blend well.
Add the arugula, basil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper, to taste, and pulse, combining all ingredients.
Add Olive oil to the mix until mixed thoroughly and thick.
