-lemon (high in vitamin C and powerful antioxidants)

Apple Ginger Aloe Green Drink
(using the G-Fit Green Drink Formula)
Ingredients:
Pick a Fruit:
-Small Green Apple
Pick your greens:
-1/2 cucumber
-2 stocks celery
-2 C greens mix (kale/spinach) or pick your favorite green
Pick your liquid:
-1 C aloe vera juice
Pick your Protein:
-6 oz 0% greek yogurt (Chobani vanilla)
Add ins:
-probiotic
-1 scoop collagen
-L-Glutamine
Misc:
-1/2 fresh lemon
-1 knob ginger
-1/4 C basil
Directions:
Remove any unnecessary stems from the greens, if needed. Cut the apple, cucumber and celery into small pieces. Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour and enjoy! If desired, you can add a touch of no-cal sweetener of your choice to adjust sweetness. Serve and enjoy!
