Ingredients:
-Nori Sheets
-1 bag broccoli slaw
-1/2 cup mushrooms
-1 zucchini, sliced
-1/4 cup almonds, sliced or chopped into mini pieces.
-4 oz chicken, sliced
-1 tbsp Braggs liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce
Directions: Place broccoli slaw, mushrooms, and zucchini in a pan and saute until soft and fully cooked. Add chicken and almonds and continue to sauté until mixed well. You can use sliced almonds or whole almonds, chopped into mini pieces. (I placed almonds in a plastic bag and used a tenderizer to pound into mini pieces, works great). Add Braggs or soy sauce and continue to mix well. Eat as is or place in the center of Nori to make wraps. Enjoy!
