These Ahi fish sticks turned out awesome!!! Took fresh Ahi tuna steaks, sliced into long 1″ pieces, dipped in 1 egg and covered with “breaking mix” then pan fried in olive oil until crispy. “Breading” consisted of flaxmeal and mix of about 1/2 tsp each…garlic, sea salt, turmeric, paprika, pepper and onion powder! So Simple and So Good!!
