Happy Hump Day! Today we are going to focus on those hip flexor muscles. With all the squats, jumping, leg lifts and flutter kicks, our hip flexors get worked. Here are a few of my favorite stretches to open up those hip flexors and keep things lose and stretched. I know for me, these tend to get super tight so wanted to share a few of my favorite ways to stretch them out and keep them and keep them a primary focus.

If you are having knee issues or other issues, it can often be stemming from our hips so incorporating a few of these stretches will help tremendously in your recovery but also how your body responds to our Breakthrough Circuits. Take some time to rest stretch and   . 🙂
