  1. COMMIT.You should have received and downloaded your Summer Squat Challenge checklist. If you haven’t already, be sure to download and print your checklist HERE. This will be your official commitment to our challenge. Every day you rock your 100 squats, I want you to check off the day on your checklist. By the end of 94 days, there is no better feeling than seeing 94 days crossed off! Your consistency throughout our challenge, and commitment to yourself, will not only deliver results but carry over into every area of your life! First, you must COMMIT. 2. GET INVOLVED. If you haven’t already, be sure to join theSummer Squat Challenge Facebook Group HERE. This will be a HUGE variable to keeping you squatting all Summer long. Having the support and positive energy from people of all levels and from all over the world is not only SO motivating but keeps you digging deep, knowing you are not squatting alone. Join our Squat Support group and introduce yourself!3. Grab a Friend (or Father). Getting your friends, kids, parents, co-workers or whoever else you can think of, to join us! The more involved will make this challenge SO much better!
