STRONG 20 Tabata Full Body Circuit 

All exercises done tabata style- 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. 

Squats
-banded wide squats (x3)
-sumo pulse squats on toes
-sumo squats
-sumo squats- Slow and steady
-narrow stance squats
-split squats, each side (BONUS)

Upper (all kneeling or seated)
-Bicep Curls
-Tricep Kickbacks
-Alternating Side Lateral Raises
-Hammer Curls -Shoulder Presses
-Arnold Presses
-Alternating reverse grip front raises
-Shoulder press, palms together to touch

ABS
-crunches
-oblique crunches, each side
-bicycle crunches
-regular crunches
-crunches, feet elevated
-lying leg lifts
-plank hip taps

DONE!
