Tomorrow marks 15 weeks and my baby is the size of an orange!! 🙂
It is crazy how time is flying! Things are going well! This morning I woke up around 3 a.m. Starving! This has been happening the past few days. Not sure if it is because I have increased my cardio, now that I have more energy OR if it is my baby growing OR both. I think Both is the answer! I made myself go back to bed and then woke up again at 4 and decided to go with it and get up. I had my first meal then, went back to bed and got up again around 6:30. Needless to say, by 10 a.m. I already had 3 meals! I was able to get in my cardio, loving my treadmill cardio, before clients. I took the day off from weights. Had a really busy and productive day and not sure where the day went… Below is a breakdown of my day and my current status on my pregnancy….
Meal #1: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana 1/2 c. strawberries, 1 scoop protein powder
Meal #2: Grapefruit & Quest Bar
Meal #3 & 4: 99% lean ground turkey breast
Meal #5: Coconut Amino cabbage/broccoli slaw sauté with Chicken
Meal #6: (starving and craving fats) 4 low carb tortillas with PB2 and sugar free Jelly, delicious!
Meal #7: Zucchini (not really hungry)
Today I have been really thirsty, can’t get enough water!! Drinking it up!
