Happy Saturday! Finding something a bit interesting, it is becoming a routine that every morning I wake up around 3 a.m. then go back to bed and end up getting up at 4 a.m., eat and go back to bed until around 6 or so. Not sure why my sleeping patterns are so off or if it is just my alarm telling me I need to eat. Kind of strange. It has been hot here so not sure if that has something to do with it. I turned on our AC to cool things down a bit so we will see if that helps tonight.
I woke up for clients then had the day to R&R with a little home work and relaxation. I got in 50 minutes of cardio but it was challenging this morning. I had to take it down a bit and listen to my body. I ended up rocking the last 30 minutes but I did have to start of slower than normal.
Took today off from any weights but plan on getting in a little something tomorrow… 🙂
Today’s meals:
Meal #1: 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1/4 cup wheat bran, 1/2 cup strawberries with 1 scoop protein
Meal #2: 1 apple with 6 egg whites
Meal #3: 2 slices Julian Bakery Bread with 1/2 avocado, bell pepper, lettuce and Almond Cheese sandwich (delicious)
Meal #4: 99% lean ground turkey breast
Meal #5: Salmon with my special garlic bell pepper sauce & Veggies

Special Sauce:
Ingredients:
-1 red bell pepper
-1 roma tomato
-4 tbsp olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Puree well and place over salmon and veggies.
