Another Star Day! 🙂 Feeling great! Today and yesterday I have been hungry. I think my baby is growing… I woke up this morning at 3 a.m., made myself go back to sleep then at 4 a.m. decided to get up for my breakfast. It was too early so went back to bed before heading to the gym and starting my day…. Had a great day and great balance of business & fun, ending the day with a birthday dinner out with my girls. We try to get together for our birthdays and always have such a blast!
 Meal #1: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup wheat bran, 1 scoop protein, 1/2 cup strawberries
Meal #2: 6 egg whites, 1 apple
Meal #3: Quest Bar
Meal #3: Cabbage Saute with 99% lean ground turkey and 1/2 avocado
Meal #4: Lemon Protein Pancakes with 2 egg whites and 1 scoop protein and Lemon Stevia 🙂
Meal #5: Quest Bar (starving!)
Meal #6: Dinner out with the girls Veggie Avocado Salad with Chicken- amazing!
Workout of the day:
50 minutes cardio on incline treadmill
Mini circuit:
20 reps 2 sets
-Machine Shoulder Press
-Front Raises
-Tricep Extensions
-Tricep Dips
Not really feeling the weights these days but doing “something” each day.
