Today was another HIGH energy day! Feeling like my old self and it is amazing! Everything you hear and read IS true, that second trimester (so far) is quite different than your first and you just feel amazing so embrace it. I surely am embracing it and loving my get up and go, once again! It was so weird and not like me to not have it for the first 12-13 weeks but bring it on now… Loving my meals and all the variety! Here is a run down of my day today…
Meal #1: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 scoop protein powder
Meal #2: Quest Bar & 1/2 Apple
Meal #3: Same as Meal #2
Meal #4: Cauliflower Mashed
Meal #5: Lunch out at True Foods Kitchen (absolutely amazing healthy spot!!!) Check out there Menu HERE!
Topped my salad off with Sardines 🙂
NOTE: SARDINES ARE SO GOOD FOR YOU, ESPECIALLY WHILE PREGNANT BECAUSE OF THE HIGH LEVELS OF OMEGA 3’S, LOW LEVELS OF MERCURY AND HIGH LEVELS OF CALCIUM FORM THE BONES. 🙂
Meal #6: Protein Shake
Meal #7: Cabbage Chicken Saute with 1/2 avocado
Cardio: 50 minutes on incline treadmill
2 sets of 20 each
-dumbbell one arm rows
-Lat pull Downs
-One arm row superset with tricep Kickbacks -Bench Dips
