Good Morning! Hope you slept well and are mentally and physically prepared for another day. Did you prepare your meals last night so you are ready to go for today? Hopefully you did and if you didn’t, something to start working on this week… Preparation is KEY towards reaching our goals! If you didn’t prepare, maybe you can quickly grab your essentials to bring on the road. Grab some almonds, protein powder, a piece of fruit, maybe a packet of Tuna (if you have handy), Quest Bar and shoot if you have a head of lettuce, just grab that and worry about chopping it up later! When we talk about being prepared, it doesn’t necessarily have to mean– food nicely placed in Tupperware, weighed out and looking all pretty… Yes, that is nice but you are better to grab a few things, throw them in a bag and worry about putting them together later! You can always make things work! If you don’t have veggies prepared, grab a whole stock of celery or that bell pepper you have lying in the produce drawer. Whatever it may be, just don’t leave the house empty handed! It is easier to just grab your Tupperware and go but it doesn’t always have to be so organized! No excuses…
