Don’t get hung up on not succeeding the first time but but be sure to not beat yourself up and try try again. Feeling as if you’re a failure, simply for not reaching a goal, is not the way to respond. Do you think you’re the only one who fails? Of course not! (Story of Walt Disney) He never gave up, “failed” several times but kept pushing forward! Most problems provide solutions on their own or lessons that allow you to grow and improve. Remember that each step along the way, IS an accomplishment. If you become discouraged during your weight loss journey or find your financial goals out of reach, keep trying!
