-4 scoops chocolate protein powder
-1 oz unsweetened coconut flakes
-1 tsp almond extract
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
-Crushed almonds for topping
-3 Stevia packets
-Mix all ingredients, except crushed almonds, together in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
-Transfer mixture into microwave safe dish.
- Place in microwave for approximately a minute and a half.
-Top off with almond slices and place in refrigerator to allow to thicken.
- Once cooled and thickened, remove and slice into pieces.
