INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground turkey (99% fat free)
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 tbsp chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot)
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS
-Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
-Make into 4 patties.
-Spray a frying pan or bbq with cooking spray and cook over medium heat until cooked thoroughly on both sides.
