This sounds very easy. I made kale chips today. Have you ever made those? Easy and yummy and addicting. Just pull the kale off the stems, mix w/ 1 t olive oil, lay on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 325-375 for 7-12 minutes till just brown on the edges. Made this way I can eat about a bunch of kale in about 1 minute!!!! Flat! LOL!!!! 😉 I’ve never tried just putting the leaves on the cookie sheet and spraying with olive oil but I assume that would work as well.
wow, NO I have never tried these and they sound delicious. I do my yam, sweet potato and green bean chips but never did the kale! I definitely have to try this!!! Sounds super yummy and crunchy! This is right up my alley and I have some left over Kale I am going to give it a try. Thanks Erin!
You’ll have to let me know what you think. They are a very GINA kind of food I think! Hope you have a spectacular Monday!!!
