I am in the process of starting my own transformation. I am fortunate to have a meal plan from you to follow. My problem is trying to keep food warm. I do home health physical therapy and eat in my car, usually in parking lots. I know it sounds very appetizing doesn't it? Anyway i am tired of trying to choke down cold brown rice or sweet potatoes or fish. I am not abig fan of fish to begin with. Do you have any idea on how ti keep food warm? If not i will do my best to get use to cold food.
Ps: i am moving to vegas after the holiday and i am determined to reach my goal
