I got this recipe from Emily Zaler of EZ Whey Cookbook. These are super easy, fantastic and quick. Great for a bedtime snack with your protein! You will love them and so versatile too.
2 T flaxseed (whole or ground - I ground mine)
2 T water
Cinnamon
Stevia
Mix all to a paste. Spread as thinly as possible on parchment paper. Microwave 2-3 minutes till crispy. That's it! So simple.
You could make them chocolatey too by just adding cocoa powder and stevia to taste. Yum!
