Day 5 done. Rockin the 6am pilates. More of a mellow class today but felt good getting a stretch and a calm environment to
start the day. PT a little later! Remainder of the week mapped out and 2 pilates DVD to arrive tomorrow for next weeks travel. Way to go ladies! I think of you all for motivation!

Ok....got off to a slow start (school and work are kicking my butt!) BUT past three mornings up and at 'em for fasted cardio!
