As posted this morning, it is that time again... Time to re-evaluate and start thinking about our goals for 2011. Yes, it is that time, Time for re-evaluation. As we are continually striving to better ourselves and reach our potential, there is no time to wait. Rather than waiting until January 1st, like everyone else does, let's map our our plan of attack so come January 1st we know where we are headed and how to move forward. WHAT IS IT THAT YOU TRULY WANT IN 2011? Take the time to re-evaluate where you are right now and where you want to go... Feel free to post your goals or help others come up with goals to help them keep moving forward!

I love this idea! I will definitely be giving this some thought. Right now my goals seem so big and I need to break them down into smaller attainable steps. The first thing that pops into my head is my career, needs a change. Wow, thats a big one, where to start. Then I think of bills, pay off all strangling balances and debt in 2011. Again a big one, but month by month with focus and discipline can be accomplished. My fitness goals...hmmm.. still thinking on that one. So there are 2 pretty big and generic goals that need to be broken down into attainable, perhaps even monthly steps. I'll be on this thread a lot. Good night ladies!

wow, now that is a list of goals, if I ever saw one! Great job Lucy and love how specific and measurable you were! As far as pull ups, just start with assisted, decreasing the weight until you are using less and less body weight and then remove yourself from the assisted and go for it. Even if you only get 1/4 of the way up, little by little you will get a full pull up and then some... keep us posted and way to establish your goals! :)
