Yes, We are getting closer to March 12th. I am focused beyond belief!!! This week is a trial run of diet a week before the show. I have REALLY been bloated in my belly, and wow has this change in diet worked...SOOO my diet since last Friday, Feb 11th has been 4-6 oz Fish or chicken... and Zucchini, Asparagus and Green Beans. 5-7 times a day. I know numbers (ie: Scale/weight) should be a big focus, but I weighed in at 140.2 & 13.2 % Body fat on Friday... As of today, just 2 days later, eating as CLEAN as CLEAN comes, 136.6.......WOOHOO!!
Even though my diet is super clean, my workout are Kick A** and my mind is focused, I still think, oh my, ONE MORE piece of chicken... I would love to know what others do to REALLY dig deep.. When you want to eat peanut butter or something not on the plan, do you look at photos of lean mean fighting machine bodies or drink a bunch of water?? I'm open for suggestions.
Swagger has joined my supplement list, usually taking it with my 12:30 meal. I try to take only one, but some days two. LOVE IT!! For all those who take it, do you find it kicks in about an hour after taking??
Looking forward to seeing my body tan instead of pasty white. What a difference that will make too! With that said...Let's talk makeup. I will take tips if anyone has them... For foundation, do you all go a shade or 2 darker.. just buy a few and try after sprayed?
