I can't stop eating watermelon ! If this is something I should not be doing I need to know soon. It has no fat and no protein. Just carbs and that is pretty minimal. I think a whole cup of watermelon balls totals 12 carbs. Man, this stuff is good !!

Good News Ladies!! Love love love watermelon! Of course, everything in moderation and there still is some sugar in watermelon but it is mostly water and tons of vitamins! It is high in fiber, Vitamins A and C and not to mention Lycopene and potassium! :)
Especially with the heat we are experiencing in SD and So Cal, watermelon is SO Refreshing so no wonder you can't get enough! I love to add it to my salads and even put it in my water... Oh no, are we calling for Watermelon Recipes??
