Hi DMJ! I have the same problem! What is your current workout plan for legs, glutes and hamstrings? And would love Gina's advice on this as well.
I've been doing:
leg curls
butt blaster machine
leg extension
inners and outers
pleas with weight
walking lunges or lunges in place with side lats
pleas with weight
box jumps
squats with light weight
sissy squats
deadlifts
alternate days with light weight and high reps and then medium weight with lower reps. I don't lift really heavy on legs as I don't want them to get too much bigger...
Hi!! ...Im not Gina of course but Plyometric and high reps ( x 20) on a Circuit for legs works wonders for me!!!
