Hey GIna. Im attending a halloween party on saturday where there is going to be alot of bad food pizza, wings,candy etc.... Being on contest prep I was wondering if you had any ideas on how i can make a pizza that is contest approved. I know you have an oatmeal crust pizza recipe, can i do that using healthy substitutes. Thanks =)

Pizza is a hard one, I must say. You can definitely use the oatmeal crust pizza recipe, if your contest prep diet allows. The problem is that it is going to be nighttime and usually you don't eat your carbs that late... There are so many other ideas for pre contest foods that I would suggest you come up with something other than the pizza. You can make healthy off season pizza but not really a pizza that is gina contest approved... What other options do you have.. let me know and I can make them halloween party approved. ;)

Ok. No problem Gina. I guess I just wanted something different and yummy. Im open to anything. Maybe I should try that cauliflower mashed potatoe, if it doesnt have too many carbs with chicken and salad.
You can't go wrong with that... if you have any other ideas for me to modify, let me know... I am sure we can come up with something more creative than that! ;)
