Wow where abouts in MD my daughter godmother lives out there also. My journey is going well ive conquered my weeks and stay on point with my program then i hit the weekend and i may side track just a bit but wow not as i used to be i can tell you that much. I have been lifting since 2008 and prior just a casual gym person but 2009 prepped for my first show and completed my first in sept 2009 and completed 3 more in 2010 so ive been at it for a minute but i read your story and congrats on the marragie mine quit opposite married the man of my dreams but had a rough patch that last 5 months really knocked me to my sences and where i gained most my weight due to stress causing imbalances with in my body nothing i did i could loose it drove me crazy but better know that my support group is complete my husband and i are 100% and Gina on my side. The girls on the site also are so great as well you will feel at home quickly. Good luck on yur journey and yes one day at a time just me i walk and talk that everyday in my journey :)
