Do you Remember reading books as a young child?  Didn’t they give you hope and didn’t you learn such great lessons from them?  Remember the book  The Little Engine That Could, where you learned that hard work  believing in yourself pays off, in the end.  No matter how high the mountain, the train believed in him/herself and was able to push and push and chug along until it finally reached the top!  He is guided by another train who teaches the Little Engine the power of believing in yourself and the weight your attitude holds in the outcome of your dreams and hopes!
This small lesson is a lesson we all should have learned but it is never too late.  It is all in the power of the mind and believing in yourself.  Visualizing your goals, knowing what you want and believing in yourself and you can achieve anything!  Thinking you can succeed no matter how big the obstacle, or difficult the journey, gives you the power to succeed.  Success is all in your mind. You are already a success you just have to believe you are!   Same goes for  if you think you can’t and will not succeed, it will stop you from succeeding and you wont! If you think you can, it will drive you to success and you WILL achieve your goals.
As children, we have so many opportunities and choices. We believe we can do anything and have the whole world in front of us.  We are encouraged to become and accomplish anything and have all the support in the world.  Why is it that as we get older, it is easy to lose those basic principles of our childhood dreams.  It is easy to lose the ability  to have the freedom to explore possibilities, belief, willingness to try, and acceptance of failure.  With failure we are also afraid to continue moving forward and trying again.  As children, we failed, we got up and pushed through… Why does this get lost and how why do we lose the ability to create change and succeed?

Our mindset shapes our behavior. Once you think that something isn’t possible, you will not commit your energy in the direction of that goal. You develop a mindset of, “I can’t.” This can lead to a giving up and unwillingness to try.
Your thoughts are the truth ONLY because they’re of your attitude and way of thinking.  You shape your thoughts and make them your reality!  You can change the outcome of your thoughts by how you think.
It is important to learn to embrace and establish the “I can” attitude.  There is no point in having goals and developing an action plan to get there if you do not believe in yourself and your potential.  Your beliefs will hold you back from creating the life changes you want. Build your your goals bu first telling yourself YOU CAN!
If you believe, you WILL achieve!  It is all in your attitude!  Start by telling yourself You Can!

Whether you think you can or can’t, you are usually right.
