INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 cup almonds
-4 cups water
OPTIONAL: FOR VANILLA ALMOND MILK: ADD 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
-1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
-2. Strain through a large coffee filter or a cheese cloth into a pitcher or bowl.
-3. Squeezing out the remaining moisture from the filter into the pitcher or bowl.
-4. Keep refrigerated. Lasts 2-4 days. 🙂
