INGREDIENTS:
-1/4 c. frozen mixed berries
-4 oz unsweetened almond milk
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-10 drops Stevia drops or 4 packets (taste for preferred sweetness)
-1/4 lime juice
-one full kiwi (skin and all….)
-1/3 ripe avocado
-spinach
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-about 17 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to blender, except spinach. Once all ingredients have been added, add spinach all the way up to the tip of the blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Refreshing and unlike any protein smoothie you have ever had! 🙂

When I first put it together, I wasn’t sure about the WHOLE kiwi or the spinach but let me tell you, it is amazing, you must try it! Great post workout 😉

Oh yes, I remember her’s! mine is a touch different with the almond milk and without the pomegranate juice…. There are so many varieties of this smoothie and they are all so nutritious! 🙂

Another yummie recipe! I had to make a little adjustment though. I couldn’t find almond milk (I think the Dutch haven’t discovered this yet, LOL). I know you can make it yourself, but I used buttermilk (fat free) instead.
