Meal #2: Quest Bar with Organic Apple
Meal #3: same as yesterday- Giant salad topped with my Chicken Salad and walnuts
Meal #4: French Toast made with 2 Slices No Carb Julian Bakery Bread & 2 egg whites
Meal #5: Cauliflower mashed made with Salsa š
Meal #6: Veggie Omelet made with green onions, cauliflower, green beans and topped with Tomatoes and Braggs Liquid Aminos

Gina-How do you prepare your wheat bran? I have had it before and thought it was pretty awful!! Liz
Hi Liz, I prepare it just like i do oatmeal. I add water just so it is coving the wheat bran and cook for about 2-3 minutes. I add stevia and cinnamon and there you go, simple as that. Hope that helps and hopefully if you give it a try you will like it. It is wheat so not everyone loves it but it is so good for you, high in fiber and allows you to get more/serving because of the fiber content so hopefully this time around you will have a better taste for it.
