G-Fit Workout of the Day:
-10 front raises with rotation ( thumbs up to palms facing down)
-10 side lateral raises with rotation ( thumbs up to palms down)
-10 squat with abductor leg extension
-10 side to side shuffles off dumbbells
-10 bent over rows with rotation (reverse grip to palms facing body)
Rest and repeat 3x
