The weekend is here and let’s let the weekend energy unfold! Something about Friday… Everywhere I went today, everyone was in a great mood! I wish it was Friday everyday! Hit the Gym this morning with my Friday Fire, as stated in the video:
1 mile run
100 assisted pull ups
200 push ups
300 body weight squats
1 mile run
2- 3 minute Plank Holds

I am excited to continue to freshen things up and keep striving to offer all of you more to help you reach your goals and stay motivated along the way!
Let me ask you a question, What motivates you??
Here are some points that will help us keep our motivation:
-Understand why you do what what you do, there needs to be a reason why!
-Find a true meaning to your drive, such as commitment to your family, friends, yourself etc. Be sure to really think about this and if it is not for Personal Reasons, think again…
-Understand the long term effects of your decisions, the decisions you make today, tomorrow and in the coming months, absolutely have an effect on the later years of all areas of your life AND those around you!
-Find a way to enjoy it what you are doing. I mean you are the one in control right??
-Be creative, make it your own! Own your lifestyle, don’t just make it a thing in your life, make it a part of who you are! Own who you are now, who you want to be and who you are not and will never be!!
As you consider what motivates you, allow that motivation to become you so you and motivation are one! Once you KNOW and UNDERSTAND who and what you stand for, you will start to just be that walking living person you are striving to be. Who do you want to be, be that person, you ARE that person! Once you believe that you are that person you want to be, others will see you that way as well! Regardless of what others say, think or do, KNOW what you represent and that is what matters!
So what motivates you??

You have your favorite treat in front of you, what motivates you to not indulge?
You are only 10 minutes into your cardio and you feel like your legs wont take another step, what motivates you to keep going?
