As you all requested, I will be posting my daily workouts and meals to help you see how I eat and what a typical day for Gina Aliotti looks like. Hope you enjoy and find this useful in your success. A few things to note:
-I am a huge component of CONSISTENCY so you will see that several meals throughout the day and from day to day remain consistent. That is because I am consistent with what I eat and I like what I like 🙂
-This is real life so I will try to post as many photos as I can, some may be prettier than others, but it is what it is. For example the oatmeal and egg whites seen in Meal #1 may not look too pretty, that is how they look when prepped without making them “camera ready”. This is the real life of Gina. Some meals I have more time to prepare and prettify and others you just have to eat and go.
-I will try to take as many photos as possible but so I can ensure I update this daily, some posts my have more photos than others.
Hope you enjoy!!
Today
Meal #1: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 2 tbsp Wheat Bran sprinkled over top with a side of 6 egg whites made with stevia and cinnamon (tastes like French Toast) with Coffee

Meal #2: Quest Bar with an Organic Apple (Very typical Meal #2 for me)

Meal #3 & 4: squash and zucchini with 6 egg whites and 1/4 cup oatmeal topped with Hot Sauce

Meal #5: Protein Shake (aiming to only have max 1/day and trying to still have whole food over shakes)
Meal #6: Chicken Nori Wraps (Cabbage Saute: Cabbage, 1 tomato, 1/2 yellow onion, 1/2 cup mushrooms) with 4 oz chicken and 1/2 avocado wrapped in Sheets of Nori
(this is by far one of my favorite meals!)
Workout of the day:
25 minutes step mill ONLY
You will see my training has changed and currently I am in a maintenance, living life mode. Trying to aim for being active everyday but not killing myself with my training. I am enjoying swimming and long walks with my dog. You will see quite a variety with my training with many more lower key workouts, some circuit, some more cardio focused and even swimming, which I have really been enjoying!
Hope you find this helpful in your journey!! Enjoy!
hugs, Gina
