-1 cup blackberries, raspberries or mixed berries
-6 ounces non fat Greek Yogurt
-ice (about 4-5 cubes)
-3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
-1 oz shredded coconut
-few drops liquid stevia (if needed for added sweetness)
-Place all ingredients in a blender until fruit is completely pureed and ingredients are combined.
-Add stevia to sweeten, if needed. You may need to add a touch more coconut milk or ice to get the consistency of your preference.
