Ingredients:
-4 chicken breasts cubed
-8 oz low sodium chicken broth
-8 oz regular chicken broth
-3 stocks celery, diced
-1/2 yellow onion, diced
-2 large carrot sticks, diced
-1/4 cup cabbage, chopped finely
-3 zucchini, diced
-1 large tomato, diced
-2 tbsp garlic
-1 tbsp ground pepper
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 bay leaf
-1 cinnamon stick
-2 Packets of Shirataki Fettuccini Noodles*
*Feel free to replace Shirataki Noodles with regular noodles or any type of brown or wild rice.
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except noodles, in either a crockpot to cook for 4-6 hours or over stove top to cook for 2-4 hours. The longer the soup can cook the better. If cooking in a crockpot, cook on high then turn to low and allow to cook and simmer until ready to serve. If cooking over stovetop, cook on medium until cooked then turn to simmer until ready to serve.  About 10 minutes before served, add drained Shirataki noodles to pot, stir and allow to sit for remaining 10 minutes.
