INGREDIENTS:
1 apple
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup of blackberries (or berries of your choice)
2 cups spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
6-8 oz coconut water
ice
DIRECTIONS:
Simply place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Depending on desired thickness determines ice to water ratio.
