INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup pure canned pumpkin
-1 1/2 cup fat free re-fried black beans
-2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-2 cloves minced garlic
-1 large lemon
-1/2 tsp cumin
-pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Toss it all into a food processor or simply place in mixing bowl and use spoon to mix thoroughly ! Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Great change from original bean dip or a hummus dip! Enjoy
