INGREDIENTS:
1/2 of a jicama
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
3 Persian cucumbers
jalapeno to taste
1 green onion
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 1/2 limes
touch of sea salt
cilantro (I forgot this but would definitely add it)
DIRECTIONS:
Cut all into similar size pieces and then just crunch and munch your way through this salad! Enjoy!
